How to Use the Shopping Cart
A. What is the Shopping Cart?
To enhance your shopping experience, Just Fashion Co Ltd provides a shopping cart system, similar to the trolleys or baskets used in supermarkets. You can purchase multiple items at once and proceed to checkout collectively. The shopping cart allows you to delete items, proceed to payment, and more.
B. How to Add Products to the Shopping Cart
On the Just Fashion Co Ltd website, select the products you wish to purchase. On the product details page, click the “Add to Cart” button next to “Buy Now” to add the product to your shopping cart. If you encounter any issues or have questions, you can also leave a message in the “Contact” section at the bottom of the website, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
After selecting your products, click “Buy Now” to proceed to the order confirmation and payment page.
C. Viewing and Managing Shopping Cart Items
If you have previously added products to your shopping cart, you can view the cart contents below the “Buy Now” button on the product details page. Click the “Checkout” button to quickly proceed to the payment page.
Checkout (Order Confirmation)
Confirm whether the products in your shopping cart are the items you intend to purchase:
- Select Payment Method
The platform currently supports UnionPay payment. - Proceed to Payment
After completing all the above steps, click “Confirm Purchase.” Once the order is submitted, the page will display the order number and order details. After confirmation, you can directly click the corresponding payment button to complete the transaction.
Awaiting Receipt of Goods
- After successful payment on the platform, orders are processed until 9:00 AM each business day. Payment confirmation and shipping arrangements will be completed within 14 business days.
- Shipping Notification
After shipment, we will notify you of the tracking number and inquiry methods via SMS, in-site message, or email. - Delayed Shipment
If delayed due to stock shortages, weather conditions, or force majeure, we will promptly notify you. You may choose to cancel the order or negotiate a new shipping time.
Transaction Completion
A. After receiving the product and confirming it is satisfactory, you can click “Confirm Receipt” to provide confirmation.
B. If you encounter any issues with the received product, you can contact us to “Request a Refund” or seek corresponding after-sales support.

B. 如何將需要購買的商品加入購物車
在 Just Fashion Co Ltd 挑選您要購買的商品。在商品詳情頁面，點擊「立刻購買」右側的「加入購物車」按鈕，這樣就將該商品加入了您的購物車。如果您遇到任何問題或者疑問，也可以在網站底部「聯繫」處給我們提問留言，我們會盡快給您答復。
選好商品後，點擊「立刻購買」，即可進入訂單確認及支付頁面。
C. 查看管理購物車的商品
如果您之前已將商品加入購物車，在平臺商品詳情頁面「立刻購買」按鈕下方，您可以看到購物車情況，並可通過點擊「結算」按鈕，快速進入收銀臺。
結賬（確認訂單）
確認購物車內您已選好的產品是否是您欲購的商品：
- 選擇支付方式
平臺現支持銀聯支付方式。 - 進入支付
完成上述所有流程後，點擊「確認購買」。訂單提交後頁面會提示訂單號及訂單詳細信息，您確認後可以直接點擊相應的支付按鈕進行結算。
等待買家收貨
- 您在平臺上支付成功後，本網站每個工作天上午九時截單，並於十四個工作天內進行貨款確認及發貨安排。
- 發貨通知
發貨後，我們將通過簡訊、站內消息或電子郵件通知您物流單號及查詢方式。 - 延遲發貨
因缺貨、天氣或不可抗力導致延遲發貨的，我們將及時通知您，您可選擇取消訂單或協商新的發貨時間。
交易完成
A. 當您在收到產品後並確認商品沒有問題，可以點擊「確認收貨」給予確認信息。
B. 如果您收到產品以後發現有問題，您可以聯繫本司「申請退款」或給予相對應的售後。
